Level 5 Arborist will complete an onsite inspection, Photos will be taken to be provided to the insurance company.
Step 3
The Arborist will assist the Customer in contacting the insurance company to put the claim through. Once Claim is accepted, NSW Tree Management will organise a team to come out to make safe.
Step 4
Once make safe has been completed, the operation manager will take after photos to provide to the insurance that the job has been completed.
Step 5
NSW Tree Management Office staff will be in contact with the customer, check for no issues since the job has been completed, and be satisfied with the service.
Step 6
NSW Tree Management will invoice the insurance company.
