If you are an experienced heavy vehicle truck driver with a clean driving record let us help you secure your next role.

• Current truck driver licence (MC, HD, HR, MR)
• MC driver, HC Truck Driver, HR truck Driver or Delivery Driver experience
• Clean driving record
• physical fitness and strength

About the Role

• The position is full-time, and you will be working Monday-Friday in the office
• Scheduling and adding jobs for technicians
• Liaising with clients to confirm bookings
• Responding to client enquiries (phone calls and emails)
• Providing administrative support to management
• Updating and maintaining files, and databases.
• Control of documents (templates, forms, outgoing quotes etc)

To be successful in this role you MUST have

• Well-developed administrative skills
• Strong computer literacy skills (with demonstrated intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office, including Outlook, Word & Excel)
• A great attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, written and verbal
• Strong organisational and time management skills as well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to manage tasks in compliance with company and client policies & procedures
• The ability to work independently as well as in a team.

About the Role

We are seeking candidates who are keen to learn about NSW Tree Management and the work they do. Your responsibilities will be to assist our Tree Removal and Arborist team in making a job safe and clearing the area once the job is completed.

You will be available Monday – Friday with some OT work on a Saturday required, you will be reliable, hardworking and have a strong understanding of your safety responsibilities onsite. You will also possess the following skills and licenses:

• OHS Construction card
• Must have a good attitude to work
• Current drivers license with own reliable transport
• Must have a good work ethic and be a team player
